Kiwi 4x4 Challenge 2012

Postby SV1K » Thu Apr 12, 2012 4:43 pm

Thanks right folks, it's on again! bigger and better again! (hard to improve on last year but we have).

I will updating the thread as things move along more, but this is where you to start showing interest.

I can advise that we are limiting the numbers to 10 teams with ONLY three trucks per team. There is no tag-in tag-out this year round.

You MUST start the challenge with all three trucks drivable but don't need to have all three going to complete any stage. I.E. If you start stage one with three trucks and one of them can't finish no problem, just finish with the remaining two trucks and let us know back at the map collection point. If you are able to get the truck going again it can join back in, if not then you can continue with only two trucks and take a penalty for the remaining tracks.

**** Entry Form *****
http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz/KiwiEntryForm.doc

The entry form will need to be printed out, filled in then emailed to the address on the form. Payment details are also on the form.

In the mean time, keep an eye on this thread as it will be updated as mentioned before.

Team so far.... well it has filled up fast, there are two from Capital Cruiser Club, two (maybe three) from the Levin Club and one from Towbars... that leaves 4 spots!! Be fast or they will be gone before you know!!

Cheers
Reece

everyone has a gps these days, turn off Paramatta Haywoods Rd SH58 (between Paramatta and Hutt Valley) head up Moonshine Rd then turn left and head up Bulls Run Rd and about 1km after it turns into metal turn right and go through the 2 big Rallywoods gates, go up over the hill and down the other side accross the bridge and back up to the top of the next hill, near the top you'll go past some driveways with small signs pointing to some of the shareholders houses, a few hundred meters further on a side road drops off to the left with a small small small small sign pointing to Green Hut

As Sadam has said, there is a small sign on the left, I will ensure that there is a bigger Green Hut sign with an arrow so people don't get lost this time... (aye Tim      )

Yep 10 teams...

Team thus far are....
3 from Levin
1 from Towbar Services
1 from Capital Cruiser Club
1 from Taraura Club
1 from Rallywoods 4x4 park
1 from Upper Hutt/Whitianga
Possibly 1 girls team - still to be confirmed

That would leave one space free but it doesn't look like we will have the one full and it would be better not to have it really, makes it nicer for us so we don't have to jiggle the tracks around
