Re: overdrive
Check continuity of the switch wiring. Maybe they knocked or bumped a connection (or crushed and broke a wire). Best to start at the top with the easy stuff and work back. Check fuses etc also, maybe the O/d shares a fuse with something else. Check all connections are good (pull apart and clean with contact spray/ emery paper if need be - just be very gentle and dont file them away to nothing).
Good luck.
Good luck.

did they screw with the TPS by any chance?? the overdrive on the bighorns/isuzu's are tied into waayyyyy to much electrical computer stuff, also too the on these boxes overdrives wont engage until the atf reaches a certain temperature, check that they haven't knocked or damaged the wires going to that sensor.
also check your fluid level, Overdrive is the first gear you will loose if your fluid level is too low
if you go to this forum you will find LOTS of info on these dog boxes..

check your fluid level when hot and with the engine running at idle, also look for foaming in the fluid .. thats a sign that it's over full, like i said these particular auto's are fussy bloody things, overfull might cause the overdrive to stop working .. however Id be more worried about blowing seals if they have put too much ATF in.
