XJ disc brake conversion

Just wondering if the anyone here has converted their XJ rear drums to discs? I've been reading a few sites and have seen that it can be done from using either ZJ gear, or off a BA or EA Falcon...

I'm thinking of doing this. I haven't had a look yet, but I'm hearing a grinding sound from the rear when braking. If the drums/shoe linings have had it I will be doing a disc conversion, and would be good if fellow Kiwis have done it also for some local knowledge...
