Any Jeep guys into Wagoneers?

Postby lilpigzuk » Thu Apr 23, 2015 2:58 pm

Theres one down the road from my work looking pretty average but complete. Don't see many of these in NZ. Sitting with a bunch of scrap metal, be a shame to see it head that way also. (South Auckland)

I wouldn't say entry level as such, but more base model, they lend themselves to a mud/water/offroad environment better then the heated leather seated 30 speaker boise plush carpet type's.

Edited quotes to show the actual content:

I wonder if there is anyone who can suggest new [=http://www.ranker.com/list/full-list-of-jeep-models/reference]jeep models] for my cousin but he really would need some entry level model only.[/quote

Interesting first post by someone. What purpose does your hidden link serve other than to generate traffic? I do not believe you are genuine, or even have a cousin.

Where exactly is this out south? I'd like to go ask about the front diff and suspension setup........

If its a 1980-1992 Wagoneer, yes it will work and has the correct offset and width for Terrano SAS. It will also be disc brakes and 6 stud.

It will need new balljoints, wheel bearings, knuckles rebuilt and R&P gearing changed though.

Also worth considering upsetting vehicles weight distribution, given that the axle weighs over 150kg before the suspension is added.
TOYOTA - The Official Vehicle of ISIS!
And makers of the '92 Camry, where you got your first backseat handjob.
