minimizing my engine loom

because of great american wiring i would like to get rid of as much of my wiring as possible,97 cherokee sport. idealy iwant a power switch ,ign,and start button.not sure if its possible because of the illogical way jeep do their wiring,anyone tried this. cheers vaughan

Are you having a problem with your stock wiring?

If not done properly cutting the factory loom can cause issues.

used to do it to race cars all the time basically dismantle the ignition switch making the power feed the common between all switches/momentary push button, then wiring switches and push button start to the outputs as per usual arrangment...after all the ignition switch is basically just a key operated multi switch.
