Well this afternoon I thought I'd remove the EGR and clean out inlet manifold... now intake and exhaust manifolds are both out  Always the bolts that are hardest to get at that break! But at least it will be easy to drill and tap EGT probe now. :D

Cleaned intercooler and intake manifold today, first time I have worked on something where the exhaust is cleaner than the intake!

Dragged my sorry butt out to the garage, ran a few welds, shortened the rear brake hard lines to fit new calipers. Getting closer to painting chassis in the playdoh.

the patrol at woodhill went well recovered a paj jr that drove some lump that was over it street tyres capeability, a torrano who got lost,
in a hunt for a lost patrol member overheated the truck , then diffed it out on some rutts around the top of the forest got rescued by one of our guys.
The drive to the end of Rimmers rd cooled it down and not prob coming home,
pleased with that , added 5 lites of water into it this morning
my last time in there for this year

Yep, back on the spare, ruddy great hole in the other tyre.
And they are there for a reason, would've broken my indicator otherwise. I'm just happy being the only one who didn't dent a panel

Not 100% sure yet, will need to install a gauge to check, although it must have fuel blockage because over 3000rpm it hesitates no black smoke puffing out, have installed new fuel filter., checked tank, all fine. Hmmm
