D21 Terranos have a Hitachi HT12, with T25 flange.
Lookout for the studs on the manifold as some T25 flanges are studded on the turbo, and may not workout for ya.

Hope that helps ya.

hey all,

can anyone recommend a replacement turbo?

I know that the T25 will work (as fitted to later model Terrano / Mistral)
but is it a good upgrade?

from what Ive been told it isnt any bigger, but has a slightly smaller exhaust so spools up a bit quicker

and I saw a T28 on Tardme that had been bolted to a TD27 but didnt spool till real late in the rev range?? when i wouldve picked that as a nice bolt on upgrade!

Im not after a crazy turbo (like that holset monster lol) but would like a bit more power.

Any ideas / opinions would be appreciated

Cheers
Adam

a t3 or similar may bolt on.
i had one on a ld28,spooled up quite good, solid 7psi..could easily had more boost but being a stock n/a ld28 and with alot of kms i wasnt keen to kill it..

the t3 i had is similar to a ht-18...i have one of these sitting under my bench about to go in the bin when we move this weekend..
