1UZfe Exhaust Flange Files

Postby juz » Mon Mar 14, 2011 10:14 pm

I recently got a Autocad File off Big(thanks) to get some Flanges made up to fit my Factory 1UZ headers, Got them cut out all good and cheap($30) but aparently my Headers are different, so Got a mate to Autocad mine so now also have the file for them too. If anybody wants a copy of the file, leave you email and I can flick it through to you.
1st set to fit most factory 1uz headers is forsale $30 if you want them.

I recent went through this with my prado,

I ended up cutting the old flange off and welding a 2" 2 bolt flange to the header.

it gave me more room as a result but the different flange thing had me scratching my head for a bit.

nice cad work btw. form within function is a beautiful thing.

Digged out from long gone past. I have 1UZ engine from Soarer and spent ages looking for an exhaust flange. Only place doing it around is lextreme, but communication with this guys is tragic. Now i found this gem and keep my fingers crossed that somehow CAD file for those survived all this years unscathed and can be sent to me.
