you would need two training teams

one for the chaps 8)
and one for the ladies, :oops:

then you will need to be careful as once the ladies get their training completed their minds just will not be focused :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :wink:

Nice vid but its out of date ... you dont do the 2 breathes anymore.
