comforser tyres

Postby Seaths Surf » Mon Jan 26, 2015 12:38 pm

Has anyone ever run comforsers? Looking at a set of 32in directionals and want to know how they hold up compared to others. Are they of similar quality to kuhmos that I am running now. Got a swb safari. Cheers team.

Sorry it's taken forever for me to do enough kms to be able to comment on the tyres (Breakdowns and what not). I have een very happy with them this far, travel well on the road, not too loud and not wearing excessively/barely noticeable at present. Work well with low pressures takes a lot to pop off the bead (haha) and I have been happy with the traction on rocks, mud, clay, handle well on gravel roads. Have not done significant sand driving, but do alright in the river sands, lower pressure required as with anything on a heavy safari.

Please note I have not done heaps of kms on them yet

ive got a set of 32s on the pajero, done 10k on them and wear is minimal, very happy with them offroad, clear very well in mud and clay. and not too bad in sand at low pressure.
good bang for ya buck i reckon.

i do find them quit noisy on tarmac compared to the higher quality brands and they do lack siping wich makes them a tad slippery on smooth seal. just got to drive accordingly

Hi

how are you finding these tyres over a year on?

I have the same question as I am looking for new MTs for a safari.

Thanks
