drill the rubber out from between the crush tube in the middle and the outer casing then use a hacksaw to cut the casing then it should just fall out

Even with a hacksaw slit they often need a bit of persuasion with a cold chisel and big hammer.

Its likely you will need a press or large vice to fit the new bushes.

Matt.

Big socket or short piece of pipe big enough to sit on the bush housing (not the bush itself - the bush has to fit inside it) and a socket just big enough to fit against the bush (but not jam in the bush housing).

Line them up in a vice and squash the smaller socket into the housing pushing the bush out and into the pipe/ large socket.

Reverse process (sort of) in the vice to install bushes (dont need the large pipe).

Probably abit late, but for future reference,

If the sleeve is seized into the A-arm, press out the rubber and weld a suitable sized washer into the centre of the sleeve (or even just weld a bead around the inside), then you've got something decent to press/punch and the heat from welding it should free things up abit
