Er we are currently floating upright!

Normally wouldn't have a clue :? and I'd tell you to ask a navigator but today for once I actually know.

The big hook is rated at 1800tons so it could probably recover every vehicle on ORE all stuck at the same time

I bet you don't wish you had my mortgage though!

I have a few mates who have gone the yacht route, job for a single man though. I don't think the wife would let me swan it in Nice or Monaco for 8 months a year. Maybe if she ever throws me out  . Plus I only work 6 months a year in this job.

I have a 1988 Range Rover Classic. No mods yet but I have loads of plans in me heed! I've had it about 6 months so I'm just getting into 4wding. I have only been out twice but I loved it.
It's a bit of a nostalgic thing for me as my dad passed away a couple of years ago and he used to have one when I was a kid and he'd take me offroad in it.

Where are you working now? Are you still at sea?

I'm only 1 rank away from chief now, hoping to sit my class 1 in 2012 but like you say it's bloody expensive especially when you take into account lost wages whilst at college!

Are you still working at sea?
