4WD's In Koh Samui.

Postby Drurban » Fri Oct 12, 2012 4:54 pm

Hi All,

Just came back from a trip to Koh Samui /Koh Phangan and on my travels spotted a few 4WD's along the way, I have seen some run down looking Toyota's which are nothing special wont get a WOF here there are also the new 3.0D Hilux with the rounded body shape these are quit popular over there as well as the Isuzu D-Max and the long well base ute style Suzuki's, I did see an old school Suzuki which was in mint condition.
On the last days on the Island managed to find the ultimate of 4WD's it was a Toyota Hilux 3.0D with all the mods you can think of the guy was saying that it had all the work done in Bangkok, so this truck is not standard.

Anyway have lots of photo's of the suspenion and some video of it driving away.

Cheers

All those colours, reminds of the models I used to make with Lego and Meccano....

Looks like some super large air horns hiding underneath too... Anyone remember the train horns on the Mini in Goodbye Pork Pie?
