At Terrain Tamer we have extended our Tooling Program for a new range of Driveline components, to
ensure the highest quality and consistency across our entire range. With the promise of ‘Best in Class’,
we use our own designs in conjunction with working alongside the world’s leading OEM manufacturers
to produce all Terrain Tamer parts.

During the development period, each new part has to undergo a thorough independent hardness,
stress and metallurgy test, conducted in Melbourne. These tests were conducted with the genuine
equivalents as comparison to ensure that the new Terrain Tamer parts are comparative and in some
cases exceed the hardness, strength and tensile strain of the genuine ones (see graph).

Every shipment that is manufactured undergoes batch testing to ensure consistency throughout the
production and these steps are vital to the development of our range. The growing list of parts
designed in this program currently includes a range of modified main shafts, hubs, CV joints, tail shafts,
spindles and axles offering a new division for growth and further strengthening Terrain Tamer’s name
for quality.

This unique program comes from our design team, with decades of experience offering a quality that
few companies in the world are capable of.

If quality is important to the work you offer, please let us know if we can assist you further with
your 4WD parts supply.
