This is great news. I knew I joined the right club after reading this and meeting some of the members today. I will definitely try and attend the AGM, keep us posted on the date.

Just to add my 2cents worth. I was hooked on 4WD about 4years ago after a CCVC trip, seeing some of our fantastic country that no one else may ever see in their lifetime.

For me KIWI was chosen because of a recommendation, its links with ORE, its size and ease of membership. KIWI has a very simple vetting process and it’s nice to be part of something without having to do a song and dance.

I hope that KIWI continues on this path, offering something for its members, promoting its relaxed approach and ultimately gaining more members. It has taken time to understand the additional benefits of being a club member and this is something not publicised enough for potential members.

Looking forward to the future with this club.

Cheers
Ants

Kiwi4x4 or ore, should put a trip on that weekend of the agm, it looks like some tourists comming down. What your thoughts.

my thoughts are that this would be a great idea if the AGM fell on a weekend and not on a wednesday night

Yep I'm keen on the idea of another Wellington trip, maybe not nessecarily that weekend but I'd be keen on another kiwi4x4 trip :D , there's already been a Sutherlands and 10hr track/Firewood Loop trips done this year and the Kiwi4x4 teams challenge happening in another 3 weeks so somewhere in July or August would be good for a winter muddy shiney trip and play or something, it can be put to the meeting/agm in early July :D
