Well I went to help at Church road Jazz & Blues and got talked in to helping pack down all the sound lighting and move it to another venue and set it all up again for a "Beat Girls" show this evening.
Started at 5 last night and finished it all at 1030 this morning ....
Very interesting working under lights then all the perspective changes ans the sun comes up.
Got to drive off road though people would have got a bit upset if I had got the wheels spinning on their nice grass
Found a new use for the high lift jack that lives in my truck ...
Lifting sides of the large portable stage to get it level
Time to go back to sleep me thinks ZZZZZzzzzz.....

Re: 6th - 8th Feb
cruised over to Masterton late thursday arvo to set up a new customer, got there just in time for a couple of beers.
played a golf tournament with the old man on friday in 30 plus degree heat
took picnic to Henly Lake and walked around it on saturday whilst daughter rode her bike and then we went to pools to cool down in the freking stinking hot heat, 30 plus again
sunday woke up with nothing planned and sat in the sun and waited till 11am(old skool pub hours) and then proceeded to demolish a 10 pack of jim beam cans, 4 coronas, 2 stella's, and a 10 pack of crazy mexicans, whilst getting a loverly shade of pink and cooking up a feed on the barbie a couple of times.
me thinks I don't need to touch another drop till next weekend now
faaaarking awesome cruisy weekend
ruined by leaving this morning in wot was going to be another stinkin hot day and coming back to welly to find it shitty, windy and faarking wet.
someone give me a well paying cruisy job in masterton please, wellys has shit weather
just got a txt to say it bloody hot again in masterton, dammit

Haha I did that for about 10 years, was on a shared pipeline with a couple of other houses and I had the smallest watertank and always ran out of water first and always ended up haveing to go up the creek in the farking dark with a torch in my Y-Fronts so I could finish my shower
So I ditched the creek and use bore water now and dont give a fark about the neighbours and the creek supply

I went storming up there one night to fix it, dropped torch ( not in y fronts ) and found stacks glow worms , go up for a wander every now and then at night just to enjoy.
My tank feeds the neighbour"s little tank .....
but never see them up there fixing things.......
Will have to sort in the next 10 to 20 years though,
or get a motorised wheel chair with 33's on it
Not what if, but why not
