windy may weekend 16/17th

Postby skid » Sat May 16, 2009 10:43 pm

had sweet FA planned, but woke up to find a tree blown over in back yard, so cut it up and then we decided to load up the trailer with shiteloads of other rubbish, then it was scrap metal time (1200kg) , then relax a bit, have some tea and just got a text to ask why I'm not at a 21st. faaaark I forgot all about it, dammit

if its not too shitty weather tomorrow, gonna finally wash the 80 outside and inside, then may have to clothes shopping for daughter etc etc

may even look at some small repairs on 80 too, if I get excited enough

Intelligence is like a four-wheel drive. It allows you to get stuck in more remote places.

Go out to Whitemans valley and peg the TR course with 3 others, 4 hrs later, 9 hazards that are a winch rope, snatch friendly and spectator friendly course.

Pick up flat pack laundry/kitchen units, get home, turn house into assembly line, get pantry unit in, fark they are heavy, assembly the jigsaw called a 4 draw unit, hmm where the front panels, assemble cupboards ,hmm where doors, put into position, and level,
turns out doors are a optional extra, go figure, and the bright spark at suppliers did not know this when ordering........... so the "cheap" laundry turns into a average cost one. bugger

and fark me it was windy this morning.

then to top it off i posted this in the wrong bloody place.

kicked our flatmates out over the weekend "if you dont pay rent you can f*ck off!" 3 weeks in a row of missed rent and they had the habit of leave the house with all the doors open. So nice to have empty house but just hiding from when all the bills come in.
