how about we wait till the winch challenge is over and done with

we really need all the help we can get clearing tracks and marshalling for the event, so after its over we can organise something

and on the subject of training I have had an idea floating round in my head for a while now for a training weekend where we put experienced 4wders in the passenger seats of novice drivers and go driving lots, thru RW and the Aka's and maybe even Red Rocks, putting them thru lots of different terrain with somebody beside them guiding them all the way

FML... means early mornings for me both days I'm guessing... I've got work on the Sunday so I'll see what I can do. But at least I'm sure (hopefully) I'll be there for the training... I probably need it more than anyone lol

This is a brillant idea. I've been thinking about something like this for the south island newbies.

I get abit concerned sometimes watching basically standard trucks rolling into my workshop and then rolling out as a completely different monster. The owners seem to jump into them, plant boot and they are gone  I'm left standing there trying to remember if I mentioned that their truck probably wont go around corners as fast as it used too

Cheers Tom

Random thought... What are you supposed to do if your truck only 2seats and you have to bring your navi up to learn. How is that going to work with 3ppl in a 2 seater truck?
