Reefton Winter 2013

Postby Smurf » Sun Jan 13, 2013 5:08 pm

Lets sort something.
According to my calender, School holidays are around 12th July -29th July.

I think all you CHCH boys need to sort a date and the rest of us hanger ons can make it or not. Or do we wait for Al to tell us when he can be here?

Plenty of Camping at either the Reefton Camping ground or out at the Slab Hut Creek campsite, 10km South of Reefton.
http://www.doc.govt.nz/parks-and-recrea ... hut-creek/

If this goes ahead, I will likely spend the week in Reefton.

As there are likely to be a few trailer queens do we stay around Reefton or would guys be keen on a day or overnighter into Lake Daniels?

A date needs to be set fairly soon because the Nurses home at that time of the year would be the best base and it needs to be booked sooner than later.

Because of the numbers attending a couple of trips will probably be need to run each day which means the Rock crawlers would have plenty to do in the Chasm and Stony creek
