I didnt see any pedestrian crossings, infact i couldnt read any road signs - someone had painted them all white

Got out into Lees valley. Was pretty scenic out there. lots of snow, river was up, mad kayakers heading off down the ashley.

Got back to old chch and turns out it has been snowing just as much here. Went for a drive up the port hills just as they were closing the road, alot of fun watching a few normal cars negotiate the hill :D 4wd almost made it boring 8)
