Cut and paste not working when replying.

Cant cut and paste for comments, pix etc on the reply page. Worked sweet as yesterday but not today.

CTRL+C: Copy
CTRL+X: Cut
CTRL+V: Paste
CTRL+Z: Undo
CTRL+B: Bold
CTRL+U: Underline
CTRL+I: Italic
