wheel nuts?

i have a set of surf alloy wheels for my 90 terrano and cant source some wheel nuts to fit i have a full set of patrol alloy wheel nuts but the diameter of the shank is rubbing the stud hole of the surf rims iv noticed a few guys on here with the surf wheels on what nits did you use?? they grind the stud hole and are hard to het off even with a rattle gun, also any of you use hub rings i was quoated $50.00 a peice because of the odd sizing help?

You're right, the nissan one's are .5mm bigger. There's a couple of options, you could simply drill/ream the holes bigger, or some aftermarket nuts are slightly undersized, so may work. Or We put inserts in them so you can use a standard taper nut, but it's usually too expensive for this sorta swap at $12 per hole.
On 6 stud wheels, you don't need cbl rings, or at least I've never used 'em.
