certification 4" body lift 2" suspension

I have a 94 turb des hilux surf on 4inch body blocks and 2inch suspension lift is this certable and where do I go for a cert

Generally speaking 2" is the max certable body lift but I believe that depends on how you have done it.

Where you go depends on where you are. You are looking for a "low volume vehecle" certifier. I think there is a list of them somewhere on the NZTA website, but if you us where you are some might make a recommendation for your area.

It will also mean if you are just a "redneck lifting ya truck" using the term loosely of coarse chances are you won't get cert..But if you belong to a club and the truck is used for comps, etc etc( other than just looking like it goes skyward).. then you might get a better chance of cert.. I know this as my cert guy has already giving me the green light for mine as it's maybe 6" lift but really don't know exactly how high.. but well over the 2" threshold. This is to try to stop those "Trucks you see " and say to yourself.. holy shit how is that on the road.. :wink:

Imho a 100mm lift will need a lit of work to pass a lvvta cert.
why so high?
