Is that a IFS drop box system in the front or just cranked torsion bars? what size tyres are you planning on running? Have you lengthened the rear radius arms? Modified bump stops? I'm running a 2" body lift, 3" suspension lift and I still have rubbing with 33's. Every one ive spoken to reckons ...

I just being silly and put on the 4" suspension lift kit on.. on top of the 3" body lift... with my tiny road tyres! .. too lazy to take them out now.. :roll:

Well, the mud is a lot stickier.. most are clay... well I guess depends where you go... etc clay sux as you just fill ur the tires tread with mud and then you have slick!... Is always rain there, so you will always get mud... the soil never get dry! All the 4x4 on the photos are road legal... well ...

Well, finally just got myself some 2nd hand high lift springs for my LN130 Surf. They are off some Jap import Surf. With the information/number I got from the springs, and did some google, they are approximately 13cm lift kit! aka 5"!? I measure it, they are 400mm high, 17mm diameter and 6 1/4 coils ...

progressive rate spring for 130 series surf?

Does anyone know what brand and where to get some rear lifted springs with progressive rate for 130 series surf? I have check that King Springs, Dobi, and Cobra haven't got progressive rate. Reason is that, is not carrying weight most the time, so it not bouncy but in the odd time it will be loaded ...

went for a play at ashurst with Haynzy, na-drifter and taxi(?) meet up by luck with basics and had a blast pluggung thru bogs and the likes but its very dry so most of the trails are water/mud free!! m supra power at its best!! Cool weekend guys... shame about the overheating problem... after fit ...

Found some petrol 130 series surf diff on trademe, but they have 0285 diff code.. so that's 4.3:1 and LSD... So I'll keep looking... also what they normaly worth for the front and rear diff?

Thanks guys for the reply.. at the moment, I got 3" body lift, with steering mod to suit. The gearbox got 2" lift too to help with the engine conversion, so basically the drivetrain only got 2" lift. I'm thinking to get some new lift rear springs and make up some block for the IFS, and also drop the ...

I think I been there once on my bother old Land Cruiser.. few years ago... it have a PTO winch, and basically, got to the point that too steep and free wheeling and decided to head back down after the hut. I'm keen on going for another look on my Surf but only got A/T tyres.. hope they ok for it ...
