Driveshaft mod for high suspension lift ?
Well, finally just got myself some 2nd hand high lift springs for my LN130 Surf. They are off some Jap import Surf. With the information/number I got from the springs, and did some google, they are approximately 13cm lift kit! aka 5"!? I measure it, they are 400mm high, 17mm diameter and 6 1/4 coils ...

Does anyone know what brand and where to get some rear lifted springs with progressive rate for 130 series surf? I have check that King Springs, Dobi, and Cobra haven't got progressive rate. Reason is that, is not carrying weight most the time, so it not bouncy but in the odd time it will be loaded ...

Big wheels for LN130 Surf
Hi all, I noticed the biggest recommended size tyres size for LN130 is 33x12.5... due to front diff might give up when offroading. So I wondering what needed to be done if wanting 35x12.5 .. to fit under the LN130 Surf? If it going to be use on the road most the time, then there is no risk of ...

Thanks guys for the reply.. at the moment, I got 3" body lift, with steering mod to suit. The gearbox got 2" lift too to help with the engine conversion, so basically the drivetrain only got 2" lift. I'm thinking to get some new lift rear springs and make up some block for the IFS, and also drop the ...

How high before things pop off for LN130?
Hi all, This is for Hilux Surf LN130, I wondering how much lift from standard before driveshaft etc pop off from gearbox etc.... or before they break due to have less contact area at the shaft/spline... in offroad condition. Will total of 4-5 inch total(from gearbox + suspension lift) ok? What is ...
