has anyone had their 1kz injectors done?? and can tell me what difference it made??, my truck isnt to bad!, but is at 220km, and had thought about getting this done??

Don't forget your speedo is out with the bigger tyres and won't be clocking up as many km as you are actually travelling. yeah normally would agree with you!, but have gps tested, and on the road side there is the speed sencor which tells you how fast your going and gps is 2km out, and speed sign ...

hey guys, have a kzn185, intercooled model, and running road tyres round town was getting 500km give or take to a tank, after a 2" lift, and fitting bighorn 764s i have lost easily 100km to a tank!!, now i knew id lose some efficiency, like 50km maybe not 100km? or could it be the particular mud ...

so having a 97 intercooled surf ( 1kz ) is it worth going to the extent of removing EGR?.. i got quite confused reading all of the past comments, but at the same time i dont mean to start the whole 100 page novel again .. lol

Have you looked at the Hankook Dynapro MT? They are pretty good on the road for a MT but still work well offroad. have had a google up and read up on the review for these tyres, and must say they are pretty good by sounds of things, and they are only just slightly more pricy than the federals, but ...

thanks for the info!, appreciate it, i also found out a guy with -22 offset with 285/75/16 and he said his tyres sit flush with the guard, hmm if i can fit the 265/75/16 with no lift, may aswell go bigger if getting a lift, i thought i may need a lift to fit them was all, other wise i was looking at ...

okay, got some prices today for $300 a tire for a 265/75/16 for the XMT so think i am gonna get a set of those to try out, next thing will be find the right offset rim!

hi guys, recently purchased a intercooled 97 surf, stock standard, just looking to get some upgrades to take it a little off road!, am looking at a 2" lift and am wanting some 33s equivalent, being a 97 it has 16" rims (more dearer:( ) , and am thinking of some either Khumo KL71s or a set of desert ...

ive got 31" kl71 on my hilux, and have done about 20k km on them, and still plenty of meat left, road noise not bad at all, have purchased new hilux kzn185 and am considering desert hawks though as similar price and they arnt directional
