Can I just buy 1 spacer(50 mm) and get a new bolt, or will I have to make something up out of steel? Or should I just pull the body lift ...

you will need custom adjusters as using short inners and outers leaves you wanting by about 100mm's although in saying that, you could use 4wd inners and 4wd outers and get rid of the longer 2wd inner, as you said though you would need a custom adjuster made up and threaded to suit...... if i bend ...

i got my bits from partmaster as the missus works there, ...... use d21 terrano 4wd inners as outers and d21 navara 2wd inners as your new inners...... use the d21 2wd navara draglink/center link (whatever ya wanna call it). these codes will work at bnt, autolign, and partmaster d21 terrano 4wd ...

cool did read something about atf in the transfer, my missus is gonna have an ocd attack when i ask for that though..... she works in parts (partmaster) and they all just look at the book and tell me im wrong haha, prime example was the 2wd mod, no one at her work could understand why i was doing it ...

Managed to put the gearbox back in today by myself, 2 trolley jacks and a engine crane while lying on my back haha, didn't even pull the torsion cross member out....... What's the best gearbox oil to use 75/80 80/90? Or something else.

So work has begun on sorting out this 2wd Steering Mod, if you've never read about it, this is what is required: - 2wd Centrelink & Inner Tie Rods (D21 Navara, Datsun) - 4wd Adjusters & Inner Tie Rods (WD21 Terrano / Pathfinder) Firstly you need to remove the 4wd outer tie rods from your adjusters ...
