Awesome thanks for the advice guys, I'll have a yarn to an engineer about making up longer adjusters. Also noticed its missing a body mount spacer and bolt...... Can I just buy 1 spacer(50 mm) and get a new bolt, or will I have to make something up out of steel? Or should I just pull the body lift ...

Either what Lax & Crash have done solves this or by using Sankei 555s or Moog Problem Solver inner tie rods (both those are thicker & hot forged ...

Hey i got some manual hubs for my terrano off trademe, were $285 for a pair. They use cap screws to bolt on and are simple and solid construction. Force is the brand i think and have 27 or 28 spline. you will need custom adjusters as using short inners and outers leaves you wanting by about 100mm's although in saying that, you could use 4wd inners and 4wd outers and get rid of the longer 2wd inner, as you said though you would need a custom adjuster made up and threaded to suit...... if i bend ...

i got my bits from partmaster as the missus works there, ...... use d21 terrano 4wd inners as outers and d21 navara 2wd inners as your new inners...... use the d21 2wd navara draglink/center link (whatever ya wanna call it). these codes will work at bnt, autolign, and partmaster d21 terrano 4wd ...

cool did read something about atf in the transfer, my missus is gonna have an ocd attack when i ask for that though..... she works in parts (partmaster) and they all just look at the book and tell me im wrong haha, prime example was the 2wd mod, no one at her work could understand why i was doing it ...

cool cheers for that, i read that you need to put in 5.1 litres into the gearbox through the shifter hole and 1.5l into the transfer case..... am looking at using royal oil 75/90.....

Managed to put the gearbox back in today by myself, 2 trolley jacks and a engine crane while lying on my back haha, didn't even pull the torsion cross member out....... What's the best gearbox oil to use 75/80 80/90? Or something else.

forgot to take inter cooler pics but have deleted it for now until i can mount it properly, it was loosely placed around where the factory airbox should be, not even a zip tie to hold it still....... pulled the gearbox out of the terrano last weekend (cheers zukmeista) and dropped it to a mate to ...

Bell housing pattern is different between petrol and diesel. Can be swapped, but its the front half of gearbox housing that needs doing. is this something i could do myself, or is it pull the whole box apart? as i have found a donor terrano, but the gearbox has no reverse haha. so could potentially ...
