One thing to look out for is airlocks. Where is the pressure cap? If the height of the cap is below the top of the radiator, you can get an air lock. It wont use a drop of water, but does mean you dont get effective cooling over the whole radiator. This is a common problem when a bodylift/engine swa...

I think the last time I did it, it was just over 5L!!! (Of course, oil usually comes in 4 or 5L......bastards! :lol: ) The woman's 2.5TD mitsi was about 5.5L...... From low to full shouldn't be more than a litre.

Petrol V6 or diesel? A contractor at work has a 4.0 V6 courier on LPG, tows his big-ass boat with no problems. He did drive a diesel one before he bought the petrol, but was so impressed by the petrol one that he bought it :wink:

You can use the springs from XA-XD, ute/wagon/panelvan. Mine are XC ute, and they flex goooooooood 8) I paid $20, so shop around, they're worth feck-all! I got a 7 leaf pack, but all we used were the top 4, and the 7th, (so for a 6 pack, top 4 and the 6th), more than that makes it a bit stiff. :wink...
