Help with wiring spotlights please

Hi guys, finally got round to mounting some spotlights on the front of my truck for hunting etc. Now I just need to wire them up. What i'm trying to achieve is to have them come on when the lights are on full beam (with a switch to stop this also), and a second hidden switch to turn them on whenever ...

5 x 205/80R16 tyres for sale

2 x Simex (90% tread) and 3 x Bridgestone (50% tread).

Just road tyres so no good in the mud (hence why I put a new set of MT's on my truck) but thought there might be someone out there who has a use for them.

$300.

Cheers guys. I see dick smith have them advertised and "stock clearance". Am gonna go in tomorrow and see if they can send one down from another store. If not it might have to be a Uh-089 for $315 off TM.

Wanted - Uniden UH-012

Want to put a radio in my truck that will work with PRS handhelds. The Uniden UH-012 looks good but I seem to be having trouble finding one. I guess anything similar in size and price would be alright. The UH-089 is ok too but a bit pricey. Anyone got something similar lying around they want to get ...

Is it a 2.5L diesel you are looking at?
What are you going to use it for mostly?

Went on a wild goose chase on sat (literally), managed to smack over 40 odd geese between 5 of us.. Somehow lodged a 1.5m branch up above my exaust/drive shaft, luckily no damage done. Sunday replaced oil pressure sender thingy and gave the truck a service.

My advice would be either a 3.0TD surf or as someone else also suggested, if space isn't an issue a nice little escudo/vitara - If I didn't need to have dogs and a couple of venisons in the back, i'd still own a suzuki. In saying all this, I don't have anything against the 2.7TD terrano either. Not ...

Headed to the river with a mate for my first play with the new tyres. Found a guy in an older L200 4wd ute who was right in the shit beside the river. Was a couple of other 4wds near by but no one seemed game enough to get close enough to pull him out so we proceeded... My mate went in first in the ...

My preference would have to be uniden or mongoose. I have a uniden VS1600 myself (another trademe bargain). Couple of points that I can think of which might be useful to know: * Get one with immobiliser(s) so at least they can't pinch the whole car (within reason) * Most insurance companies prefer 4 ...
