I am pretty new to NZ and would like to know if there are any places that I can do like a mild off road drive in West Auckland? Just looking for a scenic drive.

Newbie in NZ
Good day Everyone,
I have been in this wonderful country for the past 8 months and recently bought myself a safari which I am enjoying. Now I would like to start fishing (fly fishing ). Is there any places that I can go to for training. I am out in West Auckland.
Thanks in advance!!

Radiator Cap
Hi Guys,
I want to get another radiator cap and overflow tank. Are the aftermarket ones ok to use? The cap that I have now is working fine but just looks old so wanted to replace it or keep a spare one close by.
Regards.....

Valve cover bolts
Hi there,
I have just purchased a safari and now realised that some of the valve cover bolts are missing or snapped off. Seems to be serving fine. Can I continue to drive it??

Re: New to 4wd with a Safari
Lol!! They did say that there is rust but how much I don't know! It's been serviced a month back but when I look at the motor it just looks old. Well it is old after all. I'll take a chance. If it doesn't make it I'll just leave it there. Hahaha

New to 4wd with a Safari
Hi Guys, I just bought a safari 89 model as I really like the look and off road. This is the first time I have bought an off road vehicle. Don't know much about them but I'm hoping it lasts a bit. So I was thinking about a long trip to the coromandel from Auckland and don't know if that is a good ...
