can anyone tell me the difference between a snorkel for a 2005 and a 2006 discovery 3. all the ones i can find are listed for 2006 to 2009. where could i find one for a 2005 other than the one that the agent odderd for $1300.00

that does look tidy. my christmas list of things to get myself is getting longer everyday. but if i get the snorkel on by christmas i might do the winch for easter.

i have a 2l petrol and its not to bad on general running, it gets thirsty in 4wd. the motor is reliable never gives any trouble and is strait forward to work on. when i got some $ i am hoping to supra and sas it though.

that one works on petrol/oxygen. i dont think ordinary compressed air will give the same effect, it would be like trying to use compressed air with acetylene.

i put a new set of mtr's on the surf 3 months ago and i am well pleased with them. i would recomend them.

alternator packed a sad on thursday, sparky quoted me $100 to fix if i took it out and dropped it of. I got it out and just kept going cleaned it up, got some new brushes , all of $6.50 its back in and just like new. and i have diff breathers now as well . snorkel will have to be the next job.
