had the same issue a couple of years back and it came down to the slide bolt things on the calipers, took them apart ,lite sand paper and a bit of grease ,re installed and never had to play with them again. scary driving down a single lane motorway and braking hard and trying to stay in your own lane

i put efs extremes in my safari just after xmas and i wish i had done them earlyer, i can run my tires at 30 pound off road and its still a better ride than 20 pound with raw shocks.

part wanted
having problems finding replacement front tie rod/radius arm that runs from steering box to passenger side wheel, was wondering if any one on here happens to have one.

try the relay for the indicators that is just above brake pedal. small black box held in with 1 screw, mine gave up a month ago and the relay had a short in it, replaced relay and all go again.

Thanks Guys for all the help from the postings Jerry was the only person who offered any help at all I would of thought that someone would step up and offer help to fellow 4wders - but no not one other person. Forget Westport then obviously no 4wd tracks down there that are worth a visit Once again ...

I have always used ropes for the past 6 yaers and not had one brake but have seen the snatch strops broke and one of them was straight out of the bag and it was arb gear. Ropes can be made to what you wont at cooks in chch.

been running 35's for 3yrs years now ,had creepys but fark they are heavy tyre but they are good,had maxxis trepedors aswell,now run 35 simex's and they are far better than creepys ,dont really have a problem in the mud and tracks but on the road is very different running 35's on a non td42 ,i am ...

I had a loud noise from under my saf that i thought was suspension and it ended up being the body mounts, had to remove 2 of them and cut 3-4mm of the steel insert off and noise dissappeared. it use to get worse when wet. hey gards which body mounts was it, my last safari did the knocking thing and ...
