1HDT were a 2LT once lived?

Whats involved in swapping a 1HDT into a 1991 70 series Prado LWB? is the g/box similar or miles apart, (factory 2,4litre turbo 5 speed)

Whats required to swap one in? Engine mounts from an HZJ75? is there a bell housing adaptor available.

Im sure it would be fine, as that is what it is currently fitted too. I would supply it with all the bolt's mounts etc, it would be a direct fit for you.

Thats kindy of scary, with my old patrol I used to tow a 2.5 tonne boat hanging of those four bolts... It used to bug me but I never did anything abou t it, glad my new Safari mounts to the chassis rails under the truck and those four bolts.

Thanks, most all this spec of safari has the same winch and mounts so was fairly confident it was a factory option.

It's a good buy, hopefully someone will scoop it up.
