im real keen to go diesel though. My mates got the engine only wants $400 for it. I was told that the engine mounts should be the same. Not sure about tranny though?

Hi i have a hilux with a 2L petrol engin in it i was wondering if anybody knows if a 3L 2.8L D engine will bolt strait in with no major worrys? My bro is a heavy diesel mech so can help me a bit but doesnt no to much about hiluxz. Any help would be great
