What type of brake components are the best to convert a drum brake bj40 to disc brake. Does any one have any other advice ?

i was thinking of removing the drum brakes from the bj40 and wantd to know what parts have been used and how sucess full they are. Does any one have any suggestions from past experiences.

What brand of diff locker would be best for the rear of a bj40 because the factory lsd is no longer effective. Would prefer one that is always engaged like detroit locker but any suggestion taken

I have a 1980 bj40 diesel landcruiser which i bthink has a lsd because when you jack up the back up the rear end the wheels both rotate the same way but when on wet grass only one wheel spins so i think it is worn out. Would i be better to get a diff locker which type? or get the lsd reconditioned ...
