I run a 2.5" with a straight through muffler. it is only 2.5 from the flex joint back. No real noticeable performance increase but allegedly helps to get the exhaust away quicker and reduces overheating. To get more boot out of the 2.4 there is no substitute for a pump overhaul. Economy is massively ...

I washed my wagon……well a little more than washed. I went to wash-world for a full underbody blast with the engine wash stuff and hot soapy blast rinse off. Then it was home for some real cleaning!! Tyres scrubbed including inner sidewalls. Rims polished with metal polish and buffed including chrome ...

Surf alternator is kaput.
O.k.......I have done the searches, done the reading, done the testing and it appears that the alternator is not playing the game properly !! With the motor running I was only getting about 11.5 v at the batteries and not so long ago when I was doing other testing I was getting 13.1v minimum and up ...

All the automotive AC people are telling me blah blah blah ...

, also i take it that this would need certifying As the 2.8 looks almost identical to the 2.4 then I would doubt that anyone would notice that it has been repowered. In additio to this, seeing as these wagons had a 2.8 from factory (4Runner) then it should be no major drama to certify and should ...

They are fairly easy to do. If you are handy to the 'Shore then I could give ya a hand with them if ya like ...
