You need a 7mgte sump and oil pump. But you'll need to modify the pump to make it fit thats what i did.

How far back did you get your falcon springs re-drilled?

Not yet, I've got the motor mounted on the solid axle chassis. I've just been doing the the suspension up. I've put Falcon leaf springs in the rear. And 50mm lifted springs at the front with all long travel shocks. I plan on wiring it up this weekend to see if i can get it to run.

I know someone who is selling some XY ute leaf springs. But he says they are heavy duty. Would these heavy duty springs limit flex if i put them in the back of my Surf? Cause aren't heavy duty springs used for heavy loads?

I put them on a solid axle surf at work today. And they just clear the steering arm by about 8mm Would this create any problems?

Ive got some 15x8 wheels at home. And i measured the backspacing from the center of the wheel, To the inside of the wheel. And it was 120mm are these wheels for solid axle or independent?

The clicking noise your hearing is the solenoids, not a fuse. You may need to just clean the solenoid connections or replace the solenoid packs.

Try Drill it out with reverse drill bits, They usually grab and wind the broken bolt out.
If that doesn't work drill it out. And smack an easy out into it. And try wind it out, Be careful not to brake the easy out cause there a bastard to drill.

My engine didn't come with a dipstick, So i thought id make my own. I need to know the length of the dipstick. And the distance between the low and high mark. And how much oil does a 5M take?

Go genuine Toyota cause they give out the right pulse. In most cases aftermarket Oxygen senser send out an incorrect pulse witch will fool the ecu and your engine check light will come on

I tried to fit a 7mgte pump in my 5m motor. But on the 7mgte pump, The locater bolt hole is on the wrong side so i had to cut if off. And weld it to where it should be.

And steve what did you do for a dipstick for the 7mgte sump?

How much lift did the extended shackles give your truck?
