Had the same problem years ago, Contacts on the steering column where the two looms meet were burnt out. Ended up making a wee jumper wire to eliminate any bad connection.

I had those 37s on the old lux on 10" rims. Cant say I clocked up many k's before I sold it. Found some better pics of it on its rims from the next owner.

It stops your truck steering left (pretty sure it's left) under braking. Because the steering is push pull rather than side to side as the diff moves under braking it changes steering geometry. If you take it off your truck will no longer be warrantable and will be dangerous. In short don't do it u...

The owner before me put a trans cooler on. I got a 2.5inch exhaust and a dump pipe put on. Made quite a difference. Also had a mechanical fuel pump on. Cooked it going up the the kilmog, I knew I was pushing it past its limits to get up the hill oober quick and it bit me in the arse. Never had a pro...

I Had a similar kzn130 that i slowly built up. I ran the efs suspension that you have in the link. Wont give you super massive flex but much better than stock. I found no problems with it, couple of lockers and manual hubs i didnt have many problems. Only issue i really had was bending of the idler ...

I have one fitted on the front of my surf pete. Had to slot a couple of holes in the mounting kit and replaced all the chinese cheese bolts with high tensile ones. Hacked the top part to get to the free spool on the winch apart from that Im happy with it for the price of the bull bar.

the guys that did my 2.5inch exhaust have tuned quite a few 1kzs and well known for it. I asked for a 3inch one and the response was why? running a stock turbo with a chipped or tuned 1kz it makes no difference on the exhaust back pressure, it is the factory airbox that lets them down when your real...

What makes you think its got a cracked head if it only got hot? if it has it will be showing some symptoms. Lexus v8 is cool but in reality it will probably still be cheaper and less labour to fix the donk thats in there.

If you want a good decent one, buy it brand new. Who knows the history of it. I got a "trademe bargin" Would of been a lot cheaper to buy a brand new one....and its brand new not 15"/16" worn.

Re: 80 series help?
my old manual cruiser was the same factory on 32s, not sure on boost, never had one of them guages, was revving quite high at 100 and took a lot of pedel, wasnt much between cruising and flat foot, foot off the gas and it slowed down pretty quick.
