Hi there, just a bit of a question relating to front locking hubs on my safari. It goes into 4wd alright but when you put it in 2wd on the open road you can hear the gears inside the hubs trying to disengage (or engage?) until it gives a good bang and comes right. Thanks, I thought that was the case. I've seen something similar on old land rovers at home but wasn't sure if the nissan was the same. Hi there, I've just bought a lwb base safari and when I bought it there was a bit of gear oil leaking from the drivers side ball joint on the front.
