after further investigation, it is infact a tiny LED light.
It moved like a switch though from side to side.
Anyway it was just a little light that has never worked.
It had a green rubber sleeve over it. I wouldnt have minded if it was a switch for the speedo :P anyway cheers guys.

Hi, I got a 92 Bighorn SWB. I found a lil switch on the top side of my glovebox yesterday and was just wondering if you guys have one, or if its been put in. I dont think it does anything as I switched it. The wires go somewhere. But yeah if you guys could help that would be great. Or if anyone has ...

New 4WD owner

Hey guys,

Finally got myself a 4WD, I got a 1992 Isuzu Bighorn SWB.
Not a bad wagon, goes good. Done some light 4wdving.
Pretty standard at the mo. But keen on doing some basic mods
to make it look a bit more 4wdvy.

Anyway just thought id introduce myself.
Great site by the way.

Hey guys, just purchased a 1992 Isuzu Bighorn, just a quick question, i dont have a manual and the things is like a airplane inside, what do all the switches do? sometimes the little pictures dont help me any help would be great thanks. and any feedback on this type of truck would be good too ...

Hey, thanks for all the help, i mainly wanted it for my dog to take to the river, and some light 4wd through rivers and what not, nothing to serious. how reliable are they? motor wise, what known to go wrong on them?

Hey guys, great site.

Just trying to get some information on the Mitsubishi L200/Strada, its 1991 the one im looking at. What you guys think about them? are they a good truck? what are the motors like? any help would be great.

yeah hopefully i do too, yeah it does have tow hooks too. its been all set up for offroading, thanks for the help tho, much appreciated. im pretty keen to get into it.

also what about water getting into the gearbox and diff? is this a common problem? sorry if these are stupid questions

It'll most likely be used as a daily driver, unless i keep my current car. its really to go down the river with the dog, and do some off roading, nothing serious. but yeah i was told to be wary of electrical problem if its been through water. the one im looking at alrady has a set of 33's on it ...

Hey, yeah its the 2.8 version, seems to be quite good, had a few things done to it, 155kms. only problem i got told was it had been through water, and to watch-out for electrics. What you guys reckon on this? cheers

Looking to buy - 1989 Bighorn

Hey guys, just thought id sign up and hopefully get some advice from people who have owned this vehicle.

Just looking at maybe buying a 1989 bighorn, just wondering if there were any things to watch out for, or any problems these haves?
