i had a simmilar problem in one of the old hiluxes i had and i ende3d up beening the the wheel bearings had shit out pushing th piston in the capiller back in giving it a shity pedal (cause of the movement through the hubs) and found that pumping it helpd but u might want to check out the bearings ...

u shouldnt have to many problems with clearance i had a set of 32s on a old ifs surf i had
yours factory should allready have a soa so can invisage any problems unless ure leaves have sagd

wicked im more than keen to do it its good cause with teh roof being removable as with the roll bar i should still be able to get it in and out of the garage, my boss did one on his suzuki so i well aware that its not just a case of unbolt and move then rebolt thats half the fun in it and any help ...
