Hey there, I hear a rubbing sound in the steering column when I turn the wheel with the engine running. Its not there when the engine is off. Is that the power steering box? Oil Level is good. Fluid seems ok.
Is it a common fixable issue? Any ideas ?

I think we should be find making at least 120KW. The only concern would be piston temps and as long as its intercooled and not too lean on the lambda, it should be fine.
