Re: GQ project.

Daily to me still screams too complicated. I had a few, ruined my savings keeping them on the road then bought a de-reg'd Vajero. Great fun.

There was a tidy de-reg single cab lux with a 3y on Tardme the other day, id be on that like white on rice if it were down here.

Id go that route.

For a little more go and cooler EGT's look into methanol injection. Im no expert, but brag racers like what it does. I read about it on Outerlimits a few years back, like LPG but better. Google it. Also, Im all for you modding the snot out it. Gives the next guy something to think about. If you ...

Have you had a few beers already? If indeed there was a point to your post- I'm totally missing it. -Nathan Take it as you see it. Maybe this helps. Who wants what from this? http://images.trademe.co.nz/photoserver/tq/40/109966040.jpg To be quite honest, I just want a PTO drive, Levers and cables. I can get the rest local. If anyone wants the rest, Im keen to do a deal. Otherwise, anyone out there keen to part with a drive, lever and cables? Tim ...

I sort of agree. (How lame is that, I dont even have a full opinion) What I did notice is that he had enough traction to sit still anywhere on the face. With that much traction I cant see what is so great. I reckon sliding down a gresey hill and having to drive to steer and slow down would be harder ...

Re: 1kzte and auto wanting dual transfer cases?

Or you could save a bit and put 4.7 gears in your current box. Don't think that's an option with the stock T/C behind the auto on the KZN130 or an auto LN130, VZN130, which is the same trans and T/C thats behind the V6 4runner in the states. I could have sworn I saw someone doing them. Im worng by ...

I am by no means an expert on B's. But so far as I know, there are different injector pumps between models. An inline pump, and a rotary pump. One is said to be far superior than the other. Which one, I dont know. And why, I forget. That might get the ball rolling. Im sure someone on here knows ...

By 'virtual lift' you mean cutting the guards right?

Even bending the seams over at the base of the front inner guards has been tagged as a no-no by the authorities. You see it done a lot for clearance, but be careful. Something about 'structural integrity'.

And Poo-Doohs have discs on the back (and vented F&R?)
And some have factory electric lockers.
And stronger factory CV's.

Do it once, do it right. Get Prado.
