My truck and the race truck both use CT26 turbos (twin waste-gated, 6-bolt exh housing) from Celica GT-4. Ceramic exhaust wheel replaced with steel wheel and shaft. Seems to be OK. The only movement is from the tyres. It seem to more like side to side body role then a straight side to side movement. It is rather unnerving and can happen even driving down the motorway.

lwb saffari rear end swaying side to side

I have just purchased a 1990 Safari. The rear end sways side to side something cronic while on the road. More noticible with a bit of weight in the rear. The swaybar disconnect works, but there is a bit of play in the connections to the sway bar. Would this cause it? Any advice would be much ...

Has anyone got any recommendations for a turbo? I have heard you can use a CT-26 or a Mitsi Turbo. I found this snippet the other day with the specs of one of the after market turbos.
