mate my 3.5L pajero runs 5km/L with goodyear MTR on open road. I wouldn't be so proud! 20L/100km and I'd really suggest you do something about your driving style..... For me - 3.5, 5 speed on 33's. Average for a South Island trip this year was 14.9 l/100km, last year was 13.9l/100km. Off road ...

So what brand of snorkel should I go for? There is a brand called Airflow, they are half price of Safari and Airtec. Are they any good?

Snorkel - YES/NO??

Many of 4WD owner has a snorkel fitted, they are not cheap but looks impressive and serious. Are they really improves the engine performance? Can you actually feel the difference while driving? Are they works fine in the rain with water goes into it? Cheers

Thanks mate, will try it tomorrow and post the outcome. Just wondering is bulge actually affect the safety?

The tyres are about 18 months old with plenty of tread (10mm+).

I had this problem just after the brand new tyres on, with wheel alignment and tyres balanced on that day. It maybe a steering linkage or tie rod???

Shaky steering....?? at slow speed.

I get rid of my factory 1993 Pajero alloy wheel and has 33" mud tires on 8" now. But the steering becomes shaky when the speed is slow; say between 40-60km/h. The faster speed the stable steer (60+). This REALLY annoy me!! I've done the wheel alignment but it still same. How can I stop this problem ...

My 93 LWB pajero has 33" tyre and tighten the torsion bar, it is about 3" higher than standard. But both CV boots has been broken twice and very annoying me. My 93 LWB pajero has an ABS light illuminated when I start the engine (on off and then constant on), I want to get rid of the light and drive without ABS.
