The lights have all come up at once and the alternator isnt charging the battery. Is this a warning that the alternator is gone or something also

Lights i have up -

Timing Belt
Filter
Turbo
orange light to the right of the turbo
and charge

Hey all i have a 1988 Hilux surf and I have no idea about some of the lights on the dash. I have had filter, timing belt and charge come up aswell as the turbo and the orange light on the other side come up. I have checked alternator and changed filter etc but these lights dont seem to go away. Am I ...
