Re: Whats the difference? Safari, Patrol, Maverick?
PTO is a power take off winch, wich means it runs off a drive sharft from the gearbox and is controled by a leaver in the cabin by the gear stick (insted of electric) The kingroad is the top of the line model, I don't think there is much difference between the kingroad and the grandroad, the ...

GQ is the old square shape. GU is the newer nicer shape. No way! The old square GQ looks way tuffer than the new GU The SWB grandroad GQ is the one to go for as most of them have all the good 4x4 options, PTO, diff lock, disconecterble sway bar ect and there are heaps of off the shelf aftermarket ...

The plan is to port and polish the head and put new valves in. Also going to look at the injector pump and injectors, maby biger plunger and injestors. I ...

Sorry mate, no cad drawings but hears a couple more pics. Im no welder but you should make the manifold flange a min of 14mm thick otherwise they bend with the heat and blow exhaust gaskets. http://i527.photobucket.com/albums/cc357/doby_photos/Picture1387.jpg?t=1233473237 http://i527.photobucket.com ...

Re: 4.2 SUPERCHARGER or Turbo
Im gessing its diesel? if your going to go to the effert of turboing it, its not hard to get a large incress in power. Get a good hi flow manifold, 3" exhaust, wind up diesel pump and set boost around 12psi and an intercooler and you will be very impresed. All depends on how many kms its done and ...
