:P sorry, you don't need new glasses just 2 dutchies....... I know this site but didn't look for lower gears there because most useable parts and info are coming from down under..... I'll go and try there

Ik heb al 's vaker foto's van die auto gezien hier maar op die ene kon je duidelijk zien dat er een toyota as onder gebouwd was. Die andere meneer zegt dat je gewoon de differentieels kan uitwisselen..... het lijkt me sterk 't lijkt niet eens op mekaar. Een Limburger.... m'n vader komt daar ook ...

Thanks for the info but what do you mean with change the diffs??? does it mean swap axles completely.... The diffs styles are different. Toyota has a complete third member you can pull out and the Daihatsu diff is Land Rover Salisbury style...Are the Ring and Pinion interchangeable Toyota ...

lower gearing needed

Just fitted 255/85R16 BFg Mud Terrains to my Rocky (Rugger/Fourtrak outside Holland) which seems to work better than the 33x12.5R15's I had previous fitted (No more rubbing and hitting the wheel arch extensions, don't know what the will do in full lock and full suspension extension/compression ...

I've swapped the 2LT of my '87 LJ73 for an 3L. Didn't use the turbo, because the exhaust manifold of the older 2LT's ( pre 1990) don't fit an 3L.
