Not sure about the rotoflex sorry. I just bought front and rear complete diffs and bolted the complete front in brakes and all no probs. I bolted the rear diff centre straight into the original casing but then ran out of time. The original drive shaft bolted up no worries.

Presently replacing the front and rear 10 splines with 24 splines from a Disco. Anyone know if the the rear just requires the hubs swapped straight from the Disco onto the Range Rover (1981) axle casing to accept the new axles. I know the diff bolts straight in but not sure on the hubs. Have just ...
