what does the green light saying wheel lock mean? is it the lock for centre diff?

look for a set of 33x12.5x15 tyres must be legal almost rooted but legal is ok, resonable price, aalso need lsd for rear of 1989 pajero, and manual front hubs, possible keen on buying a set of gen 2 rear springs.
