I would suggest that you want the SD series of Sanden pumps either 508 or 709 seem to be popular. These are easy to convert and suit the grease filled sump. Only one hole to block between the sump and the head. The V series pump are a variable drive and not as suited for endless air. To cool the ...

I know you can get a normal duty and a heavy duty type for them but I'm not sure if there were any differences between turbo and non turbo.

about 50 bucks compressor only. i recomend grabbing both hose fittings cause they are a stupid size and cost about 25 each from cool car(bought some last week for a mate) i also recommend grabbing the mounting plates possibly,could make life abit easier when it comes to mounting them,each to their ...

Anyone intrested in Sanden pumps?i think i counted about 6 or 7 in the 3 pick a parts in auckland.
pretty sure 5 were v groove belts and one was a serpentine belt type.

take off the lower panels,theres a few screws under ther take out the air vents on the top and remove those few screws,they are a prick. remove glovebox remove the speedo remove the air con controller cant really think of any other tips/advice,its been a while since ive taken one of those out. best ...

i bought a heavy duty clutch,non genuine from "clutch and brake' or somebody similar in hamilton,cant really remember,wasnt as expensive as 260,but cant really remember,put it in when i dropped the non turbo motor out and put the turbo one in.all good so far after about 40 thou kms.

i suspect the engine mounts on the chassis are different. id say its abit more indepth as bolting the running gear over as you will need to wire in a glow plug controller and associated electrics so realisticly it probably means doing a loom swap aswell. not sure about anything else,its just what ...

the gearbox them selves are probably the same, check the tags on the right side wheel well if the transmission code is re4ro1a (i think) if so,do a quick measure on the bellhousing and see if they can be swapped over.

does it go much better with only the boost wound up??? you monitoring your egt's??? it sure does,i noticed the difference straight away,now the buzxz has died and i want more boost lol,but i know not to...dont fell like swapping motors out again! nope not monitoring egts. my truck tends to run abit ...

my td27t runs 15psi max,cruises 100kmph at around7psi.havent adjusted the fuel and its been sweet so far,done about 30 thou kms on it now,motor nearing 240,000 kms now.

hg46 is the trandaxle code for the diesel autos..not sure if the manuals have the same....

well i got a td27t in my truck (navara)
ran a 2.5" exhaust with a single coby 19" louvered muffler,works a treat,nice and quiet on low rpms,give it some stick and she makes herself heard
passes wof sweet and dont get any grief from the cops either
perfect IMO

if i were you i would get a benchy from another navara....makes bolting them in nice and easy.....modified seats have to be certed (aka falcon) also,if using a navara benchy you can then also use the factory navara seatbelts.not sure how its set up,but my guess would be the centre belt bolts through ...
